- Exchanges within 7 days of purchase
- Exchange value equivalent to your original purchase
This gives you the flexibility to choose a plant that better fits your home or office environment.
Refund Assurance
- Up to 2 quantities per plant type
- Maximum of 5 plants per order
- Eligible for a full refund
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as cash, within 3 business days after approval.
Keeping Plants in Returnable Condition
- Free from pests or disease
- In the original nursery pot (no repotting or soil changes)
- Properly watered and not dehydrated
- Free from physical damage (no broken stems, disturbed roots, or cut leaves)
- Maintained without signs of neglect, overwatering, or stress
Our team will carry out a quality inspection upon return to ensure these standards are met.
Simple Return Process
- 1. Contact us via email at [email protected] within 7 days
- 2. Provide your order number or confirmation email
- 3. Once approved, return the plant to our Kalubowila location
Returns must be transported responsibly by the customer to preserve plant condition.
Important Considerations
- Return transport costs are borne by the customer
- Delivery fees are non-refundable
- Wonders.lk does not arrange return pickups
Items Not Covered Under This Policy
- Discounted or promotional plants
- Clearance items
- Limited “only 1 available” plants
- Custom plant arrangements
- Bulk or wholesale orders (typically over 10 plants)
Exception:
If a plant in a bulk or wholesale order is delivered damaged, we will replace it with the same item.
