At Wonders.lk, every plant we deliver is carefully nurtured, inspected, and prepared to meet the highest quality standards. Our goal is not just to sell plants—but to help you successfully integrate living greenery into your space with confidence.

This Plant Care Assurance Policy reflects our commitment to quality, fairness, and a seamless customer experience.

Our Quality Promise

Every plant from Wonders.lk is:
  • Healthy, well-rooted, and maintained with professional care
  • Cleaned, prepared, and presented to premium standards
  • Delivered with attention to safe handling and transport

We stand behind this quality. If something isn’t right, we will work with you to make it right—within reasonable and fair conditions.

Flexible Exchanges

If your plant doesn’t suit your space or preference, we offer:
  • Exchanges within 7 days of purchase
  • Exchange value equivalent to your original purchase

This gives you the flexibility to choose a plant that better fits your home or office environment.

Refund Assurance

We also provide a limited refund option to ensure confidence in your purchase:
  • Up to 2 quantities per plant type
  • Maximum of 5 plants per order
  • Eligible for a full refund

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as cash, within 3 business days after approval.

Keeping Plants in Returnable Condition

Plants are living organisms and require basic care after delivery. To ensure fairness and maintain plant quality, returned plants must be:
  • Free from pests or disease
  • In the original nursery pot (no repotting or soil changes)
  • Properly watered and not dehydrated
  • Free from physical damage (no broken stems, disturbed roots, or cut leaves)
  • Maintained without signs of neglect, overwatering, or stress

Our team will carry out a quality inspection upon return to ensure these standards are met.

Simple Return Process

To request a return or exchange:
  • 1. Contact us via email at [email protected] within 7 days
  • 2. Provide your order number or confirmation email
  • 3. Once approved, return the plant to our Kalubowila location

Returns must be transported responsibly by the customer to preserve plant condition.

Important Considerations

  • Return transport costs are borne by the customer
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable
  • Wonders.lk does not arrange return pickups

Items Not Covered Under This Policy

To maintain fairness and inventory integrity, the following are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Discounted or promotional plants
  • Clearance items
  • Limited “only 1 available” plants
  • Custom plant arrangements
  • Bulk or wholesale orders (typically over 10 plants)

Exception:

If a plant in a bulk or wholesale order is delivered damaged, we will replace it with the same item.
