5. Deliveries

We currently deliver within Colombo and surrounding suburbs.

Delivery terms:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information or customer unavailability may result in additional delivery charges
  • Certain large plants or bulk orders may require special delivery arrangements

Customers may also arrange self-pickup from our location in Kalubowila by prior coordination.

6. Plant Care Responsibility

Plants are living products and require proper care after delivery or collection.

Once plants are received by the customer:

  • Proper watering, lighting, drainage, and maintenance become the responsibility of the customer
  • Wonders.lk is not responsible for plant deterioration caused by improper care, environmental conditions, neglect, repotting, pests, or physical damage after delivery

Basic care guidance may be provided for selected plants where applicable.

7. Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Our goal is to provide healthy, high-quality plants and a premium customer experience.

Eligible exchanges or refunds may be considered subject to our Plant Care Assurance Policy, including:

  • Condition of the plant upon return
  • Return timeframe
  • Original pot and condition integrity
  • Proof of purchase

Certain items may not qualify for refunds or exchanges, including:

  • Discounted items
  • Clearance items
  • Custom arrangements
  • Bulk or wholesale orders

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Wonders.lk.
