- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier. We recommend inspecting the plants immediately upon arrival and reporting any issues within 2 days
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Returns and Refunds
- Due to the natural and living nature of plants, returns or refunds are only accepted if plants arrive damaged, unhealthy, or not as described. Natural variations in size, shape, color, or leaf arrangement do not qualify for a return.
- You must inspect the plants immediately upon delivery and report any issues within 3 days of receipt, providing photos and details of the problem.
- Approved returns or replacements will be processed at our discretion. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive confirmation of the issue.
- Plants returned without prior approval or beyond the reporting period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the plant was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
